Eitan Charnoff is a geopolitical advisor, public safety consultant, and founder of multiple ventures serving governments, family offices, and corporations across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Through Potomac Strategy, based in Dubai, he leads high-level advisory engagements with MENA government ministries and multinational clients on geopolitical risk, international cooperation, and emergency preparedness.

A veteran firefighter, medic, and Urban Search and Rescue officer with nearly two decades of frontline and incident command experience, Eitan is a leading global expert in emergency response to aerial threats including missile and drone attacks.
